Kirby offers restorative, nervous-system–centered care for clients who are ready to feel calmer, steadier, and more deeply rested. Her work is especially supportive for those who feel overstimulated, wired-but-tired, or exhausted from years of pushing through stress.
Rather than using deep or aggressive pressure, Kirby’s approach focuses on gentle, intentional bodywork, guided breath, and nervous system regulation. Her sessions are designed to help the body feel safe enough to release tension naturally, supporting deep rest, improved sleep, and long-term resilience.
Kirby is especially drawn to working with clients who take an active role in their own health and wellness. After completing her yoga teacher training, she became deeply interested in restorative forms of massage and the body’s natural repair systems. In recent years, her work has increasingly focused on nervous system care and sleep science, with plans to offer Sleep Coaching in the future.
Each session is slow, grounding, and personalized. Depending on individual needs, Kirby may incorporate therapeutic massage, calming breathwork, herbal oils, guided relaxation, cupping, gua sha, Thai techniques on the table, or abdominal massage.
Kirby also offers Healing Stone Massage and Ayurvedic Bodywork, including customized approaches based on individual constitution (dosha). These sessions may be warming and centering, calming and cooling, or detoxifying, depending on what the body and nervous system need most. Ayurvedic Reflexology may be incorporated to support nervous system balance and whole-body regulation through Marma points on the feet.
This work is especially supportive for clients who feel chronically tense or overwhelmed, struggle to unwind or sleep deeply, are sensitive to intense pressure, or have outgrown deep tissue and are seeking a gentler yet effective approach. Many clients leave feeling restored, settled, and more at ease in their bodies — rather than sore or depleted.
